On Monday April 24, YAYS and Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed signed a letter of intent for a YAYS extended stay aparthotel in Amsterdam-Noord.
Amsterdam, 4 September 2023 – YAYS, a leading serviced apartment operator, is delighted to announce its expansion into Germany with the commencement of an exciting new project in Berlin. In collaboration with Caprate, a trusted real estate partner, YAYS will embark on the development of YAYS Berlin Liesenbrücke – one of the largest serviced apartment projects in the vibrant German capital.
YAYS Berlin Liesenbrücke will comprise 200 apartments, offering 102 one-bedroom apartments and 98 studios, showcasing YAYS’ innovative design and hospitality-oriented concept. The strategic decision to establish this project in Berlin is deeply rooted in their mission to connect travellers with the essence of Europe’s neighbourhoods. Berlin’s captivating cultural scene, historical landmarks, and welcoming neighbourhoods make it the ideal destination for those seeking to immerse themselves in local living and discover the city’s hidden treasures.

The property will also include a 1000 sqm ground-floor coworking and community space, managed by Berlin-based operator Denizen.
