Confidence in a successful opening of a second location in The Hague is therefore high. Work is well under way to convert an old office building on the Gevers Deynootweg in Scheveningen. And from 4 to 6 October, YAYS Group’s entire Development team will be present at EXPO REAL in Munich (Hall A1.340), where the go-ahead is given for new ventures in Germany. This forms part of the growth plans, which seek to expand the large, existing YAYS portfolio in Benelux and France to other countries in Europe.
