New YAYS aparthotel in the centre of The Hague.

YAYS has signed a long-term lease agreement for 53 serviced apartments at the Koninginnegracht in The Hague. The former office building near Malieveld, will be renovated and converted into a YAYS aparthotel and will open in Q4 2020.

YAYS has the ambition to grow in Europe and is looking for partnerships with knowledgeable developers and investors in cities across Europe. YAYS is working together with municipalities and developers to unlock new neighbourhoods and give its guests meaningful travel experiences. The neighbourhood is part of the YAYS experience and encourages interaction between visitors and residents. With the signing of YAYS Koninginnegracht, YAYS will be operating 6 properties in 4 different cities across Europe.

YAYS will be situated on the Koninginnegracht near the Malieveld a stone throw from the central station with direct connections to Scheveningen beach, the world forum and other business demand drivers. The aparthotel will have 53 serviced apartments suitable to sleep up to 6 guests. YAYS Koninginnegracht is the 6th property signed in the Benelux and will open, in Q4 2020, before the opening of YAYS Antwerp in 2021. The developer chose YAYS as a reliable partner for its distinctive product that can accommodate leisure- and business guests providing them unique and memorable experiences by using the full potential of the neighbourhood.
