YAYS was voted Best Property 21 to 70 units at the Serviced Apartment Awards on Tuesday, May 10 in London. The YAYS team accepted the award during the festive ceremony in London.

The Serviced Apartment Awards 2022 are the first and only awards for and by the international serviced apartment, aparthotel, long and short-term rental sector. YAYS was nominated in a total of three categories, namely:
YAYS has won the Best property 21-70 units award with the location YAYS The Hague Willemspark. YAYS Willemspark is located in an authentic building on the royal and charismatic: Koninginnegracht. The interior has a warm atmosphere, combined with soft materials. The ideal base for a visit to the city behind the dunes.
