It’s all about the bean at this one-woman roastery and shop in the picturesque Hofkwartier. Small batches of single-origin arabica are slow-roasted with an almost fetishistic attention to detail in the imposing black-and-chrome Giesen W15; silver bags of the different roasts (and seasonal house blends) line the shelves; and regular workshops bring together true coffee fanatics. Not your average cup of joe.
