In 2018, just one year after this boulangerie-patisserie opened its doors opposite Parc Georges-Brassens, L’Express listed it among the 15 best bakeries in Paris. Fast-forward to now and business is booming thanks to the artisan baguettes of Pascal (the boulanger) and the irresistible confections of Anthony (the patissier). Our tip? The chocolate-banana Kouign Amann: heaven.
